Exercise the Eco-friendly Way – Good for You, Good for the Environment

There’s a gym close to our offices, and every day we watch people drive up, hop out of their car with a plastic water bottle in hand, and run inside for their workout. Forty minutes or so later, out they come, jump into their cars and drive off – no water bottle to be seen.

It’s interesting that while that taking care of the environment is said to be of ‘high concern’ to most Americans, we seem unable to make small changes that can make a big difference.

Riding a bike to the gym for instance, walking and perhaps bringing your own water in a non-disposable water bottle. Even better, how about exercising outdoors when possible so we all learn to appreciate and respect the environment?

These days there’s no reason why we can’t exercise the eco-friendly way. There’s eco-friendly workout clothing made from hemp, bamboo and natural cotton; footwear made from recycled tires; eco-friendly exercise and yoga equipment made from natural rubber; even organic skin care for an environmentally-friendly after-workout shower.

So come on all you gym rats…do your part. For your health and the health of the environment.

A few years ago a web site known as ReboundersReviewed.com tested one of Needak's mini trampoline rebounders. The rebounder tested was produced in late 2006. As some of you may recall, 2006 was a low point in our quality control and the management at the time allowed units to ship that were less than our best.
